Art Monthly Australasia Print Series
Founding editor Peter Townsend's first print commission was Elisabeth Kruger’s Hung and drawn and …, 1989 – gracing the March 1990 front cover. Since then, Art Monthlyhas gone on to commission prints from many of Australia’s leading artists, including Mike Parr (1993), Ken Whisson (1992), Aida Tomescu (1995), Ex de Medici (2008) and Vernon Ah Kee (2012). Some of the original prints are still available for purchase.
